Karaji is a creative technology studio. By engaging Karaji for digital services, purchasing a project scope, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services and Engagements

Karaji provides website design and development, plus optional local SEO, Google Business Profile support, reviews and reputation workflows, paid advertising, lead-response setup, video content, and custom software as agreed in a written proposal.

Project deliverables, milestone schedules, and payment terms will be set forth in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, client retains ownership of custom design assets and custom codebase deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to standard open-source and third-party software licenses.
